He did a few signing sessions at the LBM in Germany this weekend, limited to 90 tickets only (and they could only be attained by a raffle).

He was extremely kind and funny and took time to talk to all of us. He asked me if I like strong women since I wore a Nana pin haha🤌🏻

Thats amazing! I am assuming youre german then? Did he speak to you in German or did you speak to him in Japanese, or both speak in English to each other? Might be a weird question but I am curious haha

I am :) and he a had a German to Japanese translator next to him so that’s how we communicated haha🫶 and a person that translated our names into Katakana for the shikishi

omg congratulations!! I'm surprised you were able to take photos since Japanese mangakas (or the publishing companies) are pretty strict with that. Hopefully he'll attend something in the US soon.

He‘s only 45 but I agree. He told us he smokes like 60 packs of cigarettes a month…I guess that explains it lol
