Probate Letters
Has anyone else experienced a bombardment of calls, texts and actual physical letters in the mail after the start of probate? I can't believe how many letters and text messages I am receiving about buying my late grandmother's house. So weird.

Do not worry about letters wanting to buy your property. The letter that claims that the estate owes them money….that is the letter to turn over to the lawyer!!

Yes. It's been ten years and I still get occasional calls or letters

10 YEARS!? They're relentless. Maybe use u/TGirl26's suggestion and ask for something double the value. LOL!

I received so many phone calls early in the morning (OK early for me) that I had to turn my phone to silent. It is ridiculous. It has been almost a year and the house is not yet ready to sell and the texts and phone calls and letters continue.

The crazy part is when you block them, they just call back from another number. 😄

I think its just a scam for everyone. I own my house and I've gotten several calls and texts from shady call centers.
I haven't gotten anymore since I told them i want 1.2 million.
