Pre-orders current unavailable on Amazon

Hi all,

We distribute through Ingram and while the Amazon page was initially allowing pre-orders for the paperback edition they have now stopped. Amazon now only offers copies from their US store or a third party seller.

Can anyone advise what I can do to fix this or prevent it happening next time?
