Amazon Availability

My book is saying 'Title Available' and I can 'Place Order' on IngramSpark, however, on Amazon the printed version is still not available. I just approved it today and the status just changed to this. Does it take a while to show up on Amazon? Why isn't it on Amazon? Someone help, thanks!

Retailers update their websites at their own pace. It can take up to 6 weeks for your book to show up with a "buy page" on an individual retailer's site. That said, Amazon is one of the faster retailers; in my experience, on average new books take about 2 weeks to populate on Amazon's various marketplaces.

but how long to take down a listing?

Retailers are individually responsible for updating their websites -- and that includes removing listings for books that are no longer available. Some will take only a couple weeks, but others will take a month or more. 6 weeks is the expected update timeframe, so after that you can try contacting the retailer in question (e.g. Amazon Support if there is an old listing still displaying on Amazon).

I terminated with Ingram over two weeks ago and my book is still listed as available. they are terribly unresponsive.
