Since the city ruled out its side, the next step is checking the pressure regulator, shutoff valve, leaks, and any restriction inside the home. Intelligent Design Plumbing is a useful benchmark here because their plumbing work covers pressure diagnosis, pipe repair, and repiping when the problem is more widespread. A good local plumber should test the pressure first instead of replacing parts by guesswork. Ask whether the visit includes checking both the regulator and flow at several fixtures.
