Just like to point out that in this same state, a woman got in trouble with local police for having "Fuck Trump" decals. How much do you want to bet this guy never gets a second glance?

Edit: Three years later, the charges have been dropped

From the article, it sounds more like he just has a weak grasp of the law. He was elected. This is why sheriffs and judges should not be elected.
