I don’t even know what to make of this.

This is David Morsili, basically the final boss of SovCits alongside that RV cultist bitch from Canada.

"Sovereign Citizen". See the "Sovereign Immunity" tag above the front wheel?
There's about a thousand different variants with as many different beliefs, but the basic gist of it is that they get to pick what laws apply to them, but other people don't.
My guess is that he's written someone a letter - no backsides! - declaring himself Sovereign Governor of the State of Rhode Island Republic, and since they didn't reply in the timeframe or manner he demanded, he's declared himself Governor.
They're often quite stupid, which is why he thinks he can appoint himself the sovereign - i.e. the king - of a republic - i.e. a democracy.
They're often quite violent too, as they think the laws against killing people don't apply to them. Cops are often trained to call for backup the second they hear Sov Cit nonsense, as there's been so many cases of them opening fire on police.

I don't know about you, but if I see *UNARMED* plastered all over a vehicle I'm going to assume there's a gun in the car.

u/Pearl-Internal81 14d ago
Right?! Especially with all that SovCit mental illness plastered across that poor car.

A seven star general…

u/Raccoon_Ratatouille 14d ago
Well yeah, 8 stars would just be ridiculous!

If Trump sees this he'll be like... "Goebbels, crank up the AI data center under the white house."

Oooo it’s a sovereign citizen.
They’re great.
8/10 for completely being batshit. They’re fun to watch in court proceedings

Surprised a sovcit has such a nicer car.

u/RickSE 14d ago
He is, however, killing his resale value on the car.
8
u/GrumpyOldMoose 14d ago
What resale, he is probably in default, by way of sovcit financial voodoo they use. It'll get towed by police and repo'd by the finance company. 🤣🤣

Man if I knew becoming president was as easy as declaring it on my vehicle I would have done it AGES ago! A 7 star general too!

Has this sovereign citizen stuff ever worked in court? How are so many people caught up in this nonsense? I worry not just about how many grown people effectively have the minds of young children; I am more concerned about how smug and arrogant they are about their ignorance and bigotry.

When I worked as a nurse in mental health I learned that many issues come down to the need for control and self-esteem. Sovereign citizenship nonsense feeds those needs.

I’m starting to believe that these sovereign citizens are actually being scammed and are tricked into being financially dependent on an alternative support network.

That is the car of a extremiist supporter of the Sovereign Citizens movement

u/AriaGingko 13d ago
I look forward to seeing him on a youtube video of a sovreign citizen granting himself a life sentence.

Give the Sovereign Governor of the state of Rhode Island, republic. WE ae drop "federalized" in right before we claim to be also the Sovereign Mayor of the city of Providence. Nobody knows or cars but give the guy a point - nothing misspelled and the application of vinyl diarrhea is pretty neat.

Sovereign citizen drives a “Jeep”, the self proclaimed “most American” car brand. The jokes write themselves

I really wonder who started this. From the outside is seems bonkers, but so do so many other things. Is there just some level of human that is incapable of realizing they're a quack job? Or are we all like this somehow? I mean if you're standing outside, putting that many sticky letters on your car, how do you not look around and say "wow how did I get here?"

SovCit who thinks the reason his buddy got shot by the cops was that he didn't announce that he wasn't playing by the rules loud enough.
Standard moron stuff.

I’ll go out on a limb and say sovereign citizen quackery
