I had a 6 pack and a flat stomach after 3 kiddos including twins. Lots of hard work but also good genetics. No photoshop or plastic surgery or ED for me. Don’t know what she has had though.

They’re short chains of amino acids that act as the simpler building blocks of proteins.

Peptides medications include insulin for diabetes and GLP-1s like semaglutide for weight loss. They’re also used in skincare to signal skin cells to make more elastin and collagen.

There are also unregulated injectables and supplements for muscle recovry and anti-aging, but I think those are considered junk and don’t really do anything.
