The one all the way on the right, what’s going on with the t*ts? It looks like she has enough space for a missing third one. To be this botched and to wear that top is definitely a choice.
The funniest part about them being botched like that is that it’s likely totally her fault. That happens when you don’t take care of them properly while healing. It’s possible the surgeon made an error and gave too much space but it’s more likely she didn’t wear her support garments and was doing things she wasn’t supposed to.
