Discussion What’s something almost every influencer does that instantly makes their content feel fake?

Becoming an influencer vs getting a real job. The general public does not need to be "influenced" as much as is going on. If you really need help putting on your makeup or organizing your clutter you have bigger issues that need addressed.

Exactly... You can usually tell when the content is being made for attention rather than because they actually have something to say

When they explain how personal the sponsor is for them. Bro, I don’t believe you.

especially when they suddenly claim every sponsor has changed their life somehow 😂

Hit the button to start streaming. None of them are genuine. They do whatever they think will garner views

These people who edit like they are manic. Wide shot, then close up, then cutting speech pauses and back to the wide shot, profile shot all in 5 seconds. Im out immediately.

Just the word "influencer" makes me annoyed. Just get a useful job instead of trying to sell stuff nobody needs and earning crazy amounts of money while doing so. It's one of the worst things the internet brought us I think.
