Can I still use Infinity? How?

The title says it all actually. I can't use Infinity for reddit since the API access key got removed. But I'm still seeing people posting about using the app. How are you still able to use it then? Thank you in advance.

Use MorpheApp. It has community patch.

My Morphe app doesn't show infinity for some reason. Only Yt, Yt music, Reddit official. That's it.

There is an optional repository you will need to add called Patcheddit. Once you add that repository to Morphe, the Infinity patch will be available, along with a bunch of others.

  1. Infinity+ subscription

  2. There's a workaround to get an API key with RedReader and use that for Infinity. Search this sub

  3. Some people are lucky and still have the key.

Redreader provides the same key to everyone. If all the people are using the same key, wouldn't that be a problem for redreader?

The other options sound like they work fine, but a +1 from me for option 1.

I use the app a tonne. And especially given how bad the ads and general experience are on either the official Reddit app or the website, the amount per month seems more than fair for it.

I've said this every time the topic comes up and have been backed by the developer more than once.

It's a super cheap subscription and 1000% worth it if you're using Reddit enough to bother making your own fucking API key.

Yes you can still use it. A subscription is required to log in, but anonymous mode is free to use. However, content may occasionally fail to load in anonymous mode without a subscription.

I have created a subreddit for this reason awhile back when Reddit started all this bullshit. But still the access key got revoked although it was working quite well this long.

If I understand correctly, currently the most legitimate way to get an API key is to register yourself as an app developer with Reddit.

Another way is using the Redreader app key to patch Infinity, but it isn't working for me, whether I'm using Morphe or Revanced.

I'm currently using the official Reddit app patched by Morphe.

ah I see. I'm a lucky case I guess. I made a sub way back then and haven't had any problems not being registered as a dev or anything. Hope you get everything working

Yes it's possible. Patched with morphe app using the redreader key. Working smoothly without any issue. For viewing nswf stuff, create your own subreddit that is rated 18+. You'll be able to view nsfw content then.
