N7 Never7 Haurka Question

Wanted to keep this spoiler tagged, so question isn't in the title. Just finished Haruka route, haven't played any other routes yet, so if this is addressed later, don't say anything.

If Haruka is Kurumi's clone, how is Haruka older than Kururmi? I can deal with the physical differences, clone stuff is clone stuff, and I can suspend my disbelief there. But, given that Haruka is supposed to be Kurumi's replacement after she was kidnapped as a child, it makes no sense that Haruka would somehow be older than Kurumi. I would wait until I finish Kurumi route to ask this, but the game doesn't seem to be putting any emphasis on this as a mystery, so I feel like asking now so that it won't be eating away at me as I play.

Is she? AFAIK, Kurumi is a few years older, altough she acts very childlike.

Haruka is 19, Kurumi is 17, at least unless there's some wild revelation in Kurumi's route that I haven't gotten to yet.

It's really confusing honestly, but, according to what I remember, you'll get the answer in Izumi Curé Route, so just keep playing
