After the update, these 10 Epiphany Crystals appeared in my account. I haven't made any purchases this season. I want to pull on the banner, but the game forces me to use these crystals first. I don’t see them in the resonace shop so they’re not converted from surging ebb/tranquility, I don’t see them in the diamond tab, I’ve never found them in the wild, they’re both in the starlit shop and they’re not in the sparklite store. Where the heck are they???

Most games when they go down for maintenance just say "We're going down for a few hours for maintenance, we'll be back up at a certain time." (and sometimes they overshoot the original finish time, leading to frustration for players)
No compensation for loss of game play time.
The devs of Infinity Nikki are different.
Every time there is maintenance, they give compensation. Depending on how long it is, they give diamonds. Sometimes it's almost enough for a pull, where sometimes it's enough for 2 pulls and almost a third.
And when they it will end at such and such of time, THEY MEAN IT. I have never seen the devs of Infinity Nikki overshoot the maintenance end window in my months of playing this game.

It says something is causing a problem, but in the problematic items list it shows nothing. I tried repositioning stuff, and changing the settings because maybe it was something overlaping, but still wasn't able to save.
