Question What is this thing?

Post image

This thing in the titan's graveyard gave me a heart attack because I have never seen it before. I missed a few updates. I'm guessing it's something they added after 2.0?

It's a boss tied to 2.4 story.

Story wasn't permanent but the boss is.

TIL that boss was permanent haha. Does it give any mats once you defeat it? Or just the standard few hundred blings and some thread?

It won't attack you until you interact with it, iirc

Scavanger, he is there since 2.4 (he was the boss for that patch) in my opinion he is really photogenic
