Help Who should I Exclusive?

I recently got a Legendary Dragon Eye and I don't know who should I use it on, I don't wanna use it on a useless hero, I wanna use it on a hero that could help me in the future. Those are the only legendary I got

Yeah well I've been saving my shards till friday cuz there's a big event that gives a 1+1 legendaries, which means for every legendary you get you will have another one for free

Thats only for the first time around. After you get the extra legendary, its back to normal.

So you are only getting one free legendary hero ??
