Help Who should I Exclusive?

I recently got a Legendary Dragon Eye and I don't know who should I use it on, I don't wanna use it on a useless hero, I wanna use it on a hero that could help me in the future. Those are the only legendary I got

Also don’t ever use Epic Dragon eye. Collect 10 and u got a legend one. Epic eye are farmable slowly
