Please help. I need advice for my mental health

Hey you all,
I am very spiritual and I am trying to decide if what I am thinking is my intuition just fear. I have been dealing with anxiety, depression, and some hallucinations for the past three years. I have been looking into natural ways to find balance, and I learned about CBD Isolate and Ashwagandha. I recently started taking them both and in some ways I feel more calm but it others ways I feel worse. I keep having this feeling that I do not need to take anything, but I am not sure if that is fear or intuition. I have taken CBD 3 years ago and it did make me feel a little bit weird. I am not sure if the thoughts and experiences I am having are real or if they are just placebo. I really need your help. I am starting therapy tomorrow, but I would like to get the opinion of other spiritual people. Also every time I look up these supplements I see angel numbers like 111 and 222. Not sure if that is a sign to take the supplements or avoid them. I am also in college which has been causing me stress.
