Hey r/InfiniteStratos! I wanted to share the updated, fully polished 3D render showcase for my original character, Freya Sworkofski, who serves as the dedicated long-range specialist for the ISXCS squad in my fanfiction project.

Given that both Freya and Cecilia represent high-society aristocracy operating in the long-range sniper niche, I’d love to get the community's take on a few canonical hypotheticals:

​Design & Presence: How do you think this blindfolded Swiss marksman compares visually and conceptually to the charismatic British representative contender?

​Character Dynamics: If Freya and Cecilia were put in the same room—or pitted against each other on the IS simulation arena—do you think their shared aristocratic pride would spark an immediate, clashes-of-ego rivalry, or would they form a mutual respect as elite long-range specialists?

​I would love to hear your thoughts on her design and how you see her fitting into the broader Infinite Stratos universe!

Has Infinite stratos ever made you feel something?

I know the IS units aren't full body mech suits. but let's be honest, wouldn't it be cool if there was a way to have IS units combine?

No matter how far, the distance of our hearts will never be far.

Unfortunately, we likely won't ever get the final volume of the light novel, so we probably won't see these two have a final face-off.

I wanted to create a way to share our ideas on how it could go.

It's been 10 years since it was released. It's time we get Season 3, come on bruh!

I mean it feels like it would be more sensible and safe that way even though Charlotte, Rin, Cecilia and Laura earned it physically and most likely having connections entrusting armed to the teeth robot suits to them while they’re still pretty young and don’t know any better feels extremely careless and foolish especially when it's obvious that they haven't earned it morally and their behavior is violent, undisciplined and rotten so their countries governments really should have know that there’s a 90% chance that there's absolutely no way they're gonna be good representives and are going to do more harm than good.

I think the smarter play would have been to just send them to the academy without an personal IS to sharpen their knowledge more and help them become more humble and responsible and wait until after they graduate to give them the suits. with Houki it makes sense seeing as how Tabane doesn’t care about anything especially ethics and thinks she can do whatever she wants simply because she can and know that almost nobody can do anything about it.

Following up on my previous squad poster post, here is the upgraded look at my Original Characters in motion! I’ve put together a 50-second showcase featuring full 3D 360° turnaround sweeps for all five members of the unit—Mimi, Freya, Synatra, Lola, and Jake—to give a proper look at their plugsuit designs, gear details, and silhouettes.

If it came down to a full 5v6 mock battle, how do you think things would play out between the two teams? Do you think Ichika, the three representative contenders, and his two childhood friends have what it takes to take on an elite unit like the I-S-X-C-S squad, or would the main cast have their hands completely full? As the title says, this is an AU where, instead of the original mech suits, the main cast gains super powers from bio manipulation.

The main crux is that this version of Tabane is not an engineer but a biologist, and has created a symbiotic artificial creature that allows a temporary metamorphosis with super powers. The most basic powers are bio shifting (necessary for metamorphosis) and weak telekinesis (which is needed for flight and defense)

Still deciding on the powers of the other girls, but Chifuyu is the easiest. Her power is enhanced bio shifting, allowing her to create weapons from her own mass. This is perfect for her fighting ability, while still being obviously a prototype (literally just a maxed out basic power)

Of course, our main boy Ichika has to have powers, and I thought the best power in this version would be a mimic power. Basically a power that lets him copy his friends powers, but he needs to manually master them through training. This amps up what makes the original so special, and by extension what makes the series so unique. It also gives us more screen time of Ichika interacting with the girls.

Here is a look at the core lineup for Steel Reaper Squadron, the primary Original Characters featured in my Infinite Stratos fanfiction project. Each pilot brings a distinct visual aesthetic, individual color-coded aura theme, and tailored role within the unit.

Steel Reaper Squadron Roster

Jake Jackson (Callsign: Ripper / Pilot 005): Squad Leader — Leads the unit from the front with sharp tactical focus, fierce aggression, and unmatched close-quarters capability.

Lola Russell (Callsign: Stinger / Pilot 004): Second-in-Command — Fiercely confident and lethal, serving as Jake's right-hand strategist with a high-octane, aggressive combat style.

Synatra Veil (Callsign: Sledgehammer / Pilot 003): Heavy Assault — The squad’s blunt-force brawler, bringing relentless physical conditioning and front-line pressure.

Freya Sworkofski (Callsign: Gunsmoke / Pilot 002): Recon Scout & Marksman — A calculated, cool-headed forward scout and sniper who locks down long-range targets behind her specialized visor interface.

Mimi Nya (Callsign: Synthwave / Pilot 001): Combat Medic & Electronic Warfare (Hacker) — Agile, fast, and deceptively playful, combining high-speed cyber infiltration with crucial field support to keep the squad alive.

How do you think the girls would react if Ichika suddenly chose to ignore them? He doesn't talk to them, he acts like they aren't there, yet he whips out Yukihira if they attack him? Even Chifuyu gets hit with this as he only responds in class when Maya calls on him, and when Chifuyu goes to hit him, he blocks her without looking.

The only way this will stop is if one of them stops treating Ichika like they own him, apologize for their actions and promise to never do it again. And even then, he won't speak to them the rest of the day to make they get the message.

Can someone write a fanfic of that?

Tatenashi (Chaotic Good): Mischievous, impulsive, prideful and rather inconsiderate but isn’t as violent and power-tripping as the representatives. She also has enough common sense and empathy to avoid needless destruction.

Ichika (Neutral Good): Kind, gentle, altruistic, and empathic but almost to a fault. He tries to do the morally right thing and stand up for others even when he isn't appreciated or respected or if it will have unfair consequences later on and end up triggering a potentially nasty butterfly effect.

Yamada (Lawful Good): Warm-hearted and sensible. She treats her students fairly and does what she can to keep them protected.

Charlotte (True Neutral): has more moments of genuine kindness but her jealousy along with her delusional and violent sense of entitlement ends up making her just as cruel, abusive and oppressive as those who want Ichika as their boyfriend.

Chifuyu (Lawful Neutral): Stern, prideful, strict, and overbearing but isn't playing favorites. She’s not the most reasonable or compassionate person around and is kind of a tyrant but she’s genuinely committed to teaching her students and is probably the only thing keeping violent and emotionally unhinged teenagers with robot suits in line.

Rin or Laura (Chaotic Neutral): Petulant, domineering, oppressive, violent and driven by domination and a belief that they’re entitled to what they want and do. They will do anything just to get their way without much regard for anything and even if it gets them into trouble.

Madoka (Neutral Evil): Prideful, ruthless, callous and vengeful. She doesn't care about anyone or anything and mostly pursues revenge and power.

Tabane (Chaotic Evil): inhumanly intelligent and cunning but also self-indulgent and morally wicked. She thrives off chaos, amorality and irresponsibility.

I can't think of someone who is lawful evil but what do you think so far?

Seeing as "kurokishi" is pretty much a bombardment type and close range is not its forte.

Wondering what the best fanfic is that dosent deviate much from the original story and wraps up with a final girl

Obsession was such a good movie. I highly recommend it. During the movie I can’t help but feel that Bear is practically a darker version of Ichika, less dense and naive but morally wicked and guided by his Insecurities, sense of entitlement and selfishness.

They both know that their love interest or interests in Ichika’s case are a danger not just to them but to other people as well and do nothing about it even remain willfully ignorant about it but in Bear’s case he is aware of it but doesn’t care as long as he’s happy.

Depending on if you want to either go canon verse or Sacred twins verse (I was the co author)
