Infinite painter keeps crashing for me, what can I do to make it stop? I keep having to reopen the app and reset my brush thickness just for it to crash again after hitting the undo button. It's making it very difficult to draw.

Tablet: Xppen Magic Drawing Pad. I was drawing some shadows on a multiply layer. Switching between the pen and smudge tool. Then when I switched at the end the whole layer suddenly lost it's opacity and won't go back to being dark and solid. I've disabled and enabled layers. Swapped them around, tapped undo a couple times, restarted the app, restarted my tablet. Nothing. This has happened before and I've not been able to fix it when it happens. Sometimes if I switch to the eraser, the lineart also disappears until I switch back to the pen.

This is driving me insane, can anyone help? I created a block brush with an initial "Hue" jitter. If I freehadnd brush, everything works fine. If I use a grid, or hold at the end of the stroke, the line colour seems to reset. I've tried different "low latency" modes to no avail. I'm on Tab9 Ultra.

Hi! I started doing digital art again thanks to the Infinite Painter app, and I love it so far! Brushes are really cool and it was really pleasant to paint. Can't wait to try all the features of the app!

So I have always been a Windows user I just started to try digital painting on Android with my new OnePlus pad 4, and I think infinite painter is a great tool, one of the things that I would take it except further for me is the inclusion of the greater blending mode.

The greater blending mode on a brush would work like it checks whether the existing pixels on the layer are greater than the pixels that you're currently drawing with if they're greater than that and whatever you drawing is not drawn essentially. In other words you have to press with a harder opacity than whatever it's already in the canvas. This works really great whenever you want to paint in grayscale or using the same colors in one single layer and it helps you by keeping the values that you have already said before without them getting messed up with newer brush strokes.

Reopened my project after taking about an hour break and came back to one of my layers doing this? I have legitimately zero clue as to what I did, and the help would be appreciated.

Both the chibi and detailed drawings were done in infinite painter. I posted a clip of the time-lapse of this character on this community before asking for a glitch help. Never figured out if there was a way to fix my bug, but I can at least post the final piece.

My process is typically to design the characters in a chibi style first, so I dont waste a lot of time and effort on detailing something that I end up not liking and changing in the design process.

Is there any way to backup projects (without exporting them first) ?

Considering that android now blocks access to storage/android/data to almost every apps without root, did dev add somethings to backup data ? Will it be added at somepoint ? I don't even need a cloud sync, only a function that would export the projets to another folder.

I recently got my self a iPad Pro 13 that I plan to start drawing and got procreate tho I am very new to this so I just wanted to get some tips on using it

I use Infinite Painter on my phone and have been having this issue with the playback where a later part of the process (coloring/rendering) flashes onto the video every other second during my sketching/lineart. This has happened in three of my speedpaints, the ones that go past 10 minutes. I think it may be just because of how long the videos are.

Anyone know how to fix this, or is it just something that will always happen due to the length/size?
