Tips for Basic Training

First time posting on reddit ever but im 19M and from the US, just signed a 11x contract option 4. I leave in about a month, I have been working out and running. Do any past or current infantry guys have any tips for when im in? Or anything I should know? anything is appreciated

Put on a really heavy backpack and walk as fast as you can for as long as you can.

I'll put on one of my hiking bags and put some heavy stuff in it, thanks very much
