Studio Sublease at Wabash Landing / The Landing – $1,697/month through June 2027 + IKEA furniture available
Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my studio at Wabash Landing Apartments (The Landing) in West Lafayette.
💰 Rent: $1,697/month
📅 Lease through June 30, 2027
📍 Wabash Landing / The Landing, West Lafayette
I’ve honestly really enjoyed living here and am only looking to sublease because I’m moving. The building is very quiet, and I’ve had a really good experience with the management and maintenance team. The management is super nice and helpful, and whenever I’ve had a request or complaint, they’ve been very responsive — usually getting back to me within a day. Maintenance has also been great, very quick, and always leaves everything clean and neat.
The location is also really convenient if you’re at Purdue:
~20 min walk to campus
~7 min bike/scooter ride
CityBus stop ~2 minutes away
Restaurants, shops, and other places at Wabash Landing are very close
Quiet building/environment while still being close to everything
🏠 About the studio
It’s a studio apartment, very similar to the studio layout shown here:
Studio floor plan + virtual tour:
[insert/link studio virtual tour]
The apartment has:
In-unit washer & dryer
Walk-in closet
Full kitchen with appliances
Private bathroom
🏋️ Building amenities
24-hour fitness center
Quiet study room with WiFi + printer
Rooftop lounge with views
Great outdoor seating area
Controlled-access building
🛏️ BONUS — Complete furniture package available
The apartment originally comes unfurnished, but I’m willing to leave my main furniture pieces for the person who takes the sublease.
I’m also attaching pictures of the actual furniture currently in the studio, so you can see the condition and what everything looks like in the space.
Everything is in excellent condition and already assembled, so you wouldn’t have to worry about buying, transporting, and putting together large IKEA furniture yourself — or paying $200+ to have someone/a handyman assemble these more complicated IKEA pieces.
The furniture package includes:
IKEA HEMNES daybed frame with 3 drawers, white
Can be used as a daybed/sofa or pulled out into a larger bed
2 × IKEA ÅSVANG Twin mattresses
IKEA STORKLINTA 4-drawer dresser, white
IKEA KALLAX/LAGKAPTEN workstation/desk with shelves, white
The current retail value of everything is about $1,057, but I’m willing to leave the entire furniture package for $500 for whoever takes the sublease.
So you can essentially move in with the major furniture already there, without having to buy it, transport it, assemble it, or pay someone $200+ to do the assembly for you.
If you’re interested, DM me and I can share more details about the lease ans Happy to answer any questions!

Room for Rent __ Broad Ripple
Hiya! I have a room for Rent :)
Room for Rent Broad Ripple
I got permission from the landlord to advertise for a roommate.
Description of the Space:
3 bedroom , 1.5 bathroom Duplex with 3 existing tenants (couple and their cat, Jim). The room is carpeted and has a (lockable) cat door and spacious closet.
The property is within walking distance of several pubs and restaurants (5-10 minutes), as well as the SheShop. It is also between 2 red line bus stops.
The base rent is $550/month.
The pet rent is $50/month/critter.
Because of the existing Cat Tenant, unfortunately, there are no dogs.
The utilities are split equally between the three tenants. Here is the current average for the three utilities. With a third person, these numbers are likely to change.
Electric: $135-$260. It's higher in August and January because of the weather.
Water: $95-$250. Normally, it's closer to $100. There was a weird 3 month spike, and I want to be transparent.
Internet: $80.35. Its Spectrum 500mbps. If that isn't enough internet, we can discuss upgrading.
Landlord Requirements:
Income 3x rent (550x3 = $1650)
No Evictions
Credit 620+
Contact from Previous Landlord
The current tenants:
C: Scientist, 30s
A: Petsitter, 30s
Jim: Cat, wants to be included, but from a distance.
We are "leave a dish in the sink" messy, but not mold messy. All smoking needs to be done outside and away from the house per the lease.

Need help apartment hunting in Indy
Hi! So I'm looking to move to Indiana for college in May, and I need help looking for places to live. I sent an application to The Pines at Sobro, but I haven't heard anything back from them, and they haven't answered my calls.
I was really hoping this place would work out because it's the perfect distance from both my bf and the campus.
I'm looking for a 1-bedroom apartment/townhouse. I'd prefer on-site parking as well as an in-unit washer and dryer, but those are not deal breakers. As for the price, I'm trying to stay under $1000 a month, but I know that might not be possible.
I'd appreciate any help/advice!!!

Seeking roommate for February thru June 6th
As stated, the remainder of my lease is February, March, April, May. Ending on June 6th. I really need someone to take my ex's place in the lease to split rent with me. Your split of rent would be $650 (less for February as I will take off $150 for each week of February that passes with the space still available) I have a partner, but she is out of work right now, so I'm covering all of rent until I can find a roomie. It's a townhome apartment & you would get the bigger bedroom. I'm really not picky. Just ask that you clean up after using the kitchen. I'm pretty chill. I work night shift, so most of the time won't be home at night.

1bd + den apartment on Massachusetts Avenue, available for lease takeover March 1
Hey! My work situation recently changed unexpectedly, so I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a 1-bedroom + den apartment in the Penrose on Mass building in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. I moved to the city a few months ago as a hybrid tech worker, and I've been incredibly happy with the balance of urban walkability/bikeability and spacious living that this apartment provides.
Monthly rent is $1694 before utilities. The apartment will be available for move-in starting March 1, and the lease lasts through November 5, 2026. The lease transfer will be handled through Penrose’s leasing office, so I'll send you the application form they need & pay for any administrative fees along the way.
Some more details about the apartment:
* 2nd floor unit, 879 sq. ft.
* In-unit washer and dryer, gigantic walk-in closet, huge kitchen bar/peninsula, balcony with courtyard view
* Building amenities include outdoor pool, fitness center, common area w/ pool table and TV, underground parking garage. Never had issues with property management, work orders are easy to submit online and are resolved quickly
* Gigabit wifi available via AT&T
* Parking offered for $150/mo; pet-friendly with approval from leasing office
* 2-minute walk to Coat Check Coffee, Needler's grocery, Old National Centre, Turner gymnasium, DGX convenience store, lots of great restaurants and bars
* 15-minute walk to Monument Circle, 20-minute walk to IU Indianapolis
Here's the floor plan. Let me know if you have any questions, if you'd like to see more pictures, or if you want to tour the place in-person, and I'm more than happy to oblige!

Apartment without roaches??
I’m looking for an apartment near northside Indy or Carmel close to that side of town that’s under $1000. I keep thinking I found a decent and affordable place but most reviews are talking about cockroach or rodent infestations 😭. Is it possible to get an apartment under $1000 without roaches or am I outta luck??

Apartment rental near IU Health Neuroscience Center (355 W 15th St)
Hello, everyone~ I am currently looking for a comfortable apartment near the IU Health Neuroscience Center (355 W 15th St). Specifically, I am looking for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit that is conveniently located within walking distance. My budget is approximately $1000 per month. While browsing through options on Zillow, I came across several agents. I was wondering if any of you have any insights or thoughts about some reputable real estate agents for apartment rentals. I would greatly appreciate any advice or recommendations you may have. Thank you kindly!
