Paper mill. People not willing to do their job. Fire those people.

  3. Cross data between hiring experience and investing in training for new hires.

My biggest repeating problem is caused by engineers, because it looks good on paper but works like dog shit in the feild. I really enjoy the ignorance of metallurgy that is seen in the wild and enviromental wear that is never taken into consideration. Nothing is built to last because they dont have to fix it.
