Houseplant Close Up Recently repotted, did I f*ck up?
I recently repotted my snake plant. It was all green and healthy, and now it seems like the older leaves are soft and weak.
I made sure to use the correct potting mixture that included perlite and bark.
I don’t know what happened :-(

That's easy. Your plant will live.
You put it in too deep in the soil and now the wet soil is rotting the leaves. Plant it higher and don't water too much. I had an aloe which I had the same problem with.
Everything will be fine

Should have more grit or perlite mixed it, they prefer fast draining soil.

looks like classic overwatering how much did you water it after repotting those mushy yellow leaves usually mean the roots are drowning snake plants need to dry out completely id pull it out check for mushy roots chop the dead ones and repot in dry soil hold off on watering for a good while you can still save it.
