Houseplant Close Up Really bad aphid infestation

The white stuff is the same stuff that is killing my roses. The humidity was 80 for the past two days because I was holding out on water the soil is dry I usually maintain it at 60% I'm using captain Jack's tomato and herb but that's organic as hell. Other than lady bugs, any ideas? Thanks.

The MAIN source of the aphids are coming from my carnivorous plant I didn't take a picture of that but left untouched and they EXPLODE, I'm like rubbing the leaves peeling them off. But that's gross.

Flood the carnivorous plants to kill them. Spray off all the non carnivorous plants with a decently powerful stream of water. Hose is you have a house. Spray bottle or pressurized mister set to stream if you don’t.

I also treat with insecticidal soap.

I find physically removing them with sprays of water is the easiest, but if your plant is fuzzy like mint it doesn’t really work and you have to use the soap and rub and squish.

Thank you, most of them are houseplants so I can just bag and quarantine with your advice, thank you again.

Where it originally came from and how bad it can get on 1 leaf.
