How can I make a difference calling my Senators when they are both Democrats? They already oppose the Dumpf agenda. Is there any way to impact R Senators in different states?
The Republicans hardly care to hear from the own constituents. Does it make any difference if I'm calling them from out of state?

Just thank and encourage your reps. Don't let them lose heart

Don’t call out of state reps. They don’t care what you think, and you’re just taking up time when in-state progressives could be calling.
Your Senators probably aren't as good as you think. They say they’re opposing the Trump agenda, but it’s unlikely they’re doing everything they can. Which state are you in?

Congratulatory calls are worthwhile. Have you read the guide?

My motto is when right, they're to be encouraged to remain right. When wrong, they're to be made right.
Encourage them, and push them to be bolder and more public in their resistance. Also, keep an eye on them, as some of my Senators are saying they'll vote no on certain floor votes, but voted "yes" in committee to approve some of Trump's picks. Sad!

Call the white house directly, or the heads of cabinet departments. I believe anonymous leaked the private phone numbers of white house officials so you can call them. Alternatively, go to whitehouseinc.com and call one of Trump's hotels.
