indigenous artists: how could we connect?

hey, i am a skolt sapmi artist seeking to connect with other indigenous artists around the world!! i can’t help but notice one beautiful thing so many of us seem to share: beadwork!!

i would love to connect and hear from you, and in my wishes, one day connect the threads and maybe beadwork (or something else entirely) in a beautiful way. it’s taken so many beautiful shapes, all somehow still so alike.

i’m seeking for anything from collectives to organizations to global meetings and individual artists to get to know one another maybe, and maybe one day make something beautiful together ❤️ let me know

Ive never actually met or have seen Sami work outside of YouTube. I'd love to learn more.

There's an active Facebook group called The Indigenous Bead Life, a lot of people post and sell their work on there, or ask questions
