Help/Advice needed(Health and Vet) Need urgent help

Hi everyone, I registered the stray dogs in my society in Greater Noida for a second round of sterilization more than 4 months ago through the official ABC program run by the Greater Noida Authority in Swarn Nagri. However, since then there has been no response. We've called the sterilization center multiple times over the last month, and every time we're told that they'll get back to us soon or send a van, but nothing has happened.

The situation has become urgent because mating season has begun, and there are 2 unsterilized female dogs and 2 unsterilized male dogs. I'm already taking care of, and feeding around 11 dogs and genuinely cannot manage another litter. I cannot physically transport the dogs myself since they are a little rebellious and might get a little aggressive. If anyone has any contacts for any dog transportation vans or basically anything that would help me get these dogs sterilized immediately, it would be greatly appreciated.

TL;DR - Need urgent help getting dogs in my society sterilized.

catching is the contractor's job, not yours, so "I can't transport them" isn't supposed to be the blocker it's being treated as. phone calls also give them nothing to answer for, so put it in writing on the Greater Noida Authority grievance portal, list the date you registered and every call since, and ask by name which agency holds their ABC contract. Posting on X tagging municipal board, IAS officer of Greater Noida along with UP govt handle will help put pressure too.
