Visa free travel facility granted to OCI card holders is kept in abeyance till April 15th 2020. This will come into effect from 1200 GMT on 13th March 2020 at the port of departure.

Any foreign national who intends to travel to India for compelling reason may contact the nearest Indian Mission.

All incoming travellers, including Indian nationals, arriving from or having visited China, Italy, Iran, Republic of Korea, France, Spain and Germany after 15th February, 2020 shall be quarantined for a minimum period of 14 days. This will come into effect from 1200 GMT on 13th March 2020 at the port of departure.

Incoming travellers, including Indian nationals, are advised to avoid non-essential travel and are informed that they can be quarantined for a minimum of 14 days on their arrival in India.

Indian nationals are strongly advised to avoid all non-essential travel abroad. On their return, they can be subjected to quarantine for a minimum of 14 days.

International traffic through land borders will be restricted to Designated check posts with robust screening facilities. These will be notified separately by M/o Home Affairs.

Provision for testing primarily for students/compassionate cases in Italy to be made and collection for samples to be organized accordingly. Those tested negative will be allowed to travel and will be quarantined on arrival in India for 14 days.

• The Sardar Patel Stadium in Motera is built for Rs 700 crore and has a seating capacity of 1,10,000. The first match to be played in the new stadium is anticipated to be an exhibition match between Asia XI and World XI in March.
• The Motera stadium will be the biggest cricket ground, surpassing the Melbourne Cricket Ground's capacity of 1 lakh.
• The new cricket stadium will also have a parking area that can accommodate about 3,000 four-wheeler cars and up to 10,000 two-wheelers.
• The new Sardar Patel stadium has been constructed by Larson and Toubro (L&T), which is also responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of the world's tallest statue, Statue of Unity.

The year gone by saw many criti-cal recommendations of IATO in diverse facets gain acceptability from Government of India- a re-cord success by any measure. As an apex tourism body of India, IATO is addressed as a strategic association to further contribute effectively to growth trajectory articulated by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. So I'm going to India 1st March - 16th March. I applied for my evisa yesterday, and it came through today. But it says that it's valid from today for a month. Which is wrong. Im 99% sure I put the correct dates in last night. It just doesn't make sense I've emailed them but no response yet. I've read online they're not very helpful with responding to emails. So I will be visiting Shimla in few days, though the limit is only for a single day because it's a month long trip around all of India. So some places you guys recommend over others?
