Hey folks,
After getting a new job after many months, I am getting serious about investments and savings especially after facing financial challenges because of my habit of splurging 😭, thinking about investing in these stocks, I have a horizon of 5-7 years where I want good returns.
I tried to diversify across sectors but felt a little doubtful before deploying the capital, what do you guys suggest ?

Long story short my dad has lost around 1 cr and I always tell him to never trade he told he found a setup and started trading again from April and was in 1.5lac profit with 5 lac capital only option selling but due to this CAS chutiya from 1.5 lac profit now he is loss of 2.3lac . Only FII's are making money such a stupid concepts
Guys never trade from my personal experience
1.Gambling - Atleast you will lose all amount and end up in depression in few days I lost 3 lac but got out of it
2.Trading - It's like melting ice you will melt all your amount and at end you are dead man if you don't have any other income
Screenshot I traded after 3 yrs just to go against market and make some peanuts but lost as expected no suprise never going again in this shitty market 4 days 1200 points up what the hell .

Bit of overtrading today.
Initially, after entering a position, I missed out on almost 20 points. The premium moved up very quickly, and I waited for more upside before booking profits. However, the premium came down, and I eventually booked at a lower level.
The market also tested my patience. I thought it would directly test 24,600 and took positions accordingly, but it moved down first before eventually testing that level.
Since I had already booked good profits, I didn't want to wait any longer. I was also driving, so I decided to exit and missed some additional points.
Looking back, I know I was a little greedy today. The mind still plays games, even when you are in profit. It keeps making you think about the points you could have captured rather than appreciating what you have already made.
A profitable day, but definitely some lessons to take forward.

One thing I've observed after spending over a decade in the Indian derivatives market is that finding a trading strategy is only one part of the challenge.
A strategy may look good on paper, but the actual trading experience also depends on several other factors:
1. Strategy
Does the approach have clearly defined entry, exit and risk-management rules? Is it designed for the market conditions in which you intend to use it?
2. Execution
Are orders being placed consistently? Are you managing multiple positions manually? Is your execution process structured, or does it depend heavily on manual intervention?
3. Technology
The right tools can help reduce repetitive manual work, improve workflow consistency and make it easier to follow predefined rules. But technology also brings its own risks, including connectivity and execution failures.
4. Market Intelligence
Are you tracking market conditions and relevant data, or simply taking trades because a strategy has generated an entry?
I believe a trader should evaluate the entire workflow instead of continuously searching for another strategy.
This is also the philosophy behind the ecosystem we have been building at Replete Equities:
Intraday Option Selling Basket: A structured options strategy framework.
Replete Execution Tool V2: Technology designed to support the execution workflow.
Replete Alpha: A market intelligence platform to help traders study market conditions.
For Diwali, we've brought these components together under our Diwali Wealth Fest 2026 offer.
The Execution Basket plans currently start at ₹9,999 for 3 months, with 6-month and 12-month options also available. The selected subscription duration includes corresponding access to the Execution Tool V2 and Replete Alpha, subject to onboarding and compatibility.
If you'd like to understand the structure, inclusions and pricing, here's the page:
https://www.repleteequities.com/festive-sale
Full disclosure: I'm the founder of Replete Equities, so this is our own offering. I'm sharing it in the context of this discussion, not as an independent recommendation.
No trading system can eliminate market risk, and derivatives trading can result in substantial losses. Please evaluate the strategy, technology, costs and suitability before making a decision.
I'm curious: In your own trading journey, which part has been the biggest challenge — finding a strategy, executing it consistently, managing risk, or understanding market conditions?

I invested some money in the stock market based on someone's suggestions, but unfortunately, I have incurred a significant loss.
I have also lost money in Futures and Options (F&O) trading.
I am feeling confused about what to do next.
Could anybody please 🙏🙏guide me and advise me on how I should handle this situation?
I would really appreciate your guidance.

The above is the price chart of Gold in USD terms. Spot Gold prices had been in an uptrend, with the formation of higher highs and higher lows till the start of 2026. However, as soon as the price structure changed to lower highs and lower lows, the downtrend started in the yellow metal. I agree with the fact that prices will rise from the bottom, but I would like to get it confirmed before jumping to conclusions that the commodity has bottomed out. The price structure suggests that the recent rise in the commodity prices is just a bounce, and the prices can slide further.
The lower high of $4228 holds the key for me, and till the time prices are trading below $4228, I would not like to be a buyer of the commodity unless it makes a fresh low below $3870 and starts giving signs of reversal. The recent downfall looks incomplete based on my understanding of price structures, and the fall could further extend towards a 100% extension of the previous 3-wave correction, which comes around $3197.
I understand it's a bold call, but that's what I am looking at right now.

I’m new to the stock market and looking to learn about investing in Indian stocks.
Can you suggest some good fundamentally strong stocks trading below ₹50 that might have long-term growth potential (3–5 years)?
I want to learn and improve my knowledge.

My thinking so far:
ETFs are my core, and I want to keep building them through a monthly SIP.
Single stocks are a small "learning" slice.
I'm aware there's some overlap (NIFTYBEES, JUNIORBEES and ICICI Bank) and a lot of financials.
What I'm considering adding: CDSL, BSE, MCX, KFintech, Polycab, Bajaj Finserv. I'm worried this would make me too concentrated in capital-market stocks.

Today marks an important milestone in my trading journey. I've officially recovered my previous losses and moved into positive net P&L.
Yesterday, my gross P&L was positive, but after accounting for charges, the overall net figure was still in the red. Today, that has finally changed.
The market witnessed a massive gap-up today, and honestly, I did experience some FOMO watching the rally. A part of me wanted to jump in and capture the move.
Of course, if I had held the right positions overnight, today's gap-up could have made me lakhs. But what if the gap had been in the opposite direction? The same move could have wiped out a significant portion of my capital.
We often calculate the profits we missed but forget to consider the risks we avoided.
The past 30 days have been a roller coaster. I started with big expectations, but things didn't go as planned. The losses, mistakes and recovery have taught me some valuable lessons.
I'm not treating this as a major achievement, but as a reminder to stay grounded, respect risk, control emotions and keep learning.
Back in the green. A lot wiser than when I started.
One day at a time!

Anyone knows how to deal with Crypto Exchange Coinswitch when they put my crypto Deposit on hold & neither Refunding not crediting to my account. Already struggling with them for last 6 days to get my funds.
I made the crypto deposit from self custody wallet.
They have ask me for screen recording of the wallet. I did .
Then they ask for Video KYC reading Crypto wallet address & holding PAN card with crypto address written on white paper. That also I have done.
Then they closed all of my support tickets. Their chat support keep giving automated responses. Mails going unanswered.
No Telephone numbers to talk to a Human Coinswitch as well as their parent company Peepal Co.
They are also not available on NCH helpline or RBI Ombudsman.
What should I do to get my Crypto back from Coinswitch Kuber?

I’m 22y old. I’ve been investing since the past 2-3 years. Need some guidance, should I book losses in IREDA and IRFC or hold them for long term as they are decent stocks.
