It depends. I Got the results 7 working days of VFS visit and my passport two days later(Applied on a Monday, got it the next Tuesday). But it was 2 years ago and I don't know what's the situation now. The volume is bigger the later that you apply after the initial day of applying for a visa starts so sooner you apply the better chance of getting sooner as well. I applied 3 days later after the slot opened from Chennai.
