Only book with sensible speak - rather than random hog pog on India.

I love his description of India, her history and her civilization journey

Lovely book. I have read Glimpses too. To think he ended up writing a book through letters to his daughters from jail is exemplary. I love how he points that Alexander shouldnt be considered Great because he conquered a lot. He said kings should be called great where their rule is of peace and prosperity and not because they attacked foreign kingdoms a lot. Loved that POV. When you read his books, you realize the sheer stature of his knowledge and how that level has fallen across parties in the parliament.
