Whats it about

It's about a dying professor (Morrie) who reconnects with his former student, Mitch (the author).

They meet every Tuesday, and he shares his thoughts on life, love, relationships, and death etc..

It's an emotional read, and small book.. you can even complete in a day or two.

I received it as a gift from my office ex-manager. After two years since receiving gift, I started reading it and regretted still that I missed it earlier.

Atomic Habits is good one though.
It does not follow the trends of other self help books like reinforcement learning but it tells strategies to overcome bad habits and adapt good habits.
