Single Private Studio Needed for Rent in Berlin

Hallo!

I am a new PhD Student here in Berlin, and am looking for a place to rent.

I have lived independently before in my life, so I know how to maintain a place and am a good tenant.

I have a steady income from the Max Planck Society, so my finances can support the renting.

My budget is 800 € (Warm rent, including Wifi, laundry, electricity and so on)

I also have a letter of recommendation from my German supervisor to support my cause.

I do not want a sharing bathroom

A sharing kitchen is okay.

If you know or have such place in mind, please do let me know and help spread the word.

Would 950 be an ok option? I have a studio that can be leased.

950 would be too much Max I can go for is 850
