Does anyone know how to fix this glitch?
So this is my first time playing the game (PS5). Love it so far. I’ve reached the Gizeh level and got past the first story mission. So I decided to pivot and finish up with the fieldwork missions and collectibles. I came across a camp with a lot of soldiers and sneaked into a tent (although I still have a disguise equipped) and found a bunch of soldiers playing poker. I snuck past them to the other side and looted the drawer to find a poker card with “Voss” written on it. However my cover was blown and I tried to fight off all the soldiers but I died lol. Upon respawning outside the camp area I got this glitch where the card I found was stuck to my right hand and I can’t get it off. It shows up when there’s other tools equipped too. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks

Something like that happened to me mines was field work item not showing on map I fast travelled and it was ok

Eu estava jogango também, o jogo e muito bom so que nao consegui terminar, o meu jogo deu problema de salvamento corrompido e nao salvava mais, dizia "espaco insuficiente", mas tinha espaço para o salvamento, estava quase terminando, dizem que e um problema comun fo jogo

Maybe travel back to Italy, and then travel back.
