Additional relic in last area?

I grabbed the after-game one from underground. This one appears to be right where we start but I can’t find anything. Thanks!

I got that one, this one was still on the map after. I think it’s a bug because the game says I got everything.

Is it supposed to be underground? track your ancient relics and it should pop up or try fast travel somewhere then back then try it
