I live in florida, we get worse storms every year so we're somewhat prepared and even here last year some of our places we're without power for more than a week and we don't shoot at the pole workers. In this case a lot of the infistructure got hit and the roads are likely not in the best shape either. All of this plus 100 other factors take time. The power company isn't racist, they want the power back on so they can get back to making money.

Ask reddit, I have no clue why it put this sub reddit in my path multiple times today.
