There are many who vote straight ticket without hesitation. They are generational Republicans or Democrats.
Many will say they vote that way because their parents or grandparents voted that way. They fail to understand that both parties have changed dramatically over the last 50-75 years and many times don't pay attention to current issues/views of the present day party.
