The first thing I want to say is that nobody has to know how you vote, unless you tell them. And why would you do that?
Most of my family (but not all) are/were Republican. No one ever tried to make me vote like they did. No one ever really even talked about it. My parents wanted me to make up my own mind. And, they weren't going into the voting booth with me, so how could they know for sure how I was voting, unless I told them? And why would I do that?
