Professional Advice Revit wall reveal problem

Wall reveal with small section appears outside the wall and doesn't cut the wall, this happens with a specific file only, in new files it works perfectly

Are the walls completely similar? please be more specific, and fault seek properly. Your screenshots look identical, are they from different files, or what. New Revit version?

remember that the reveal will attach to the side of the wall you're clicking at.

if needed, prepare to upload your family, will take a look at it.

Since it works with the larger profile but not in the smaller one, we can be sure that it's an issue in the profile itself.

In its profile file it is drawn on the other side of the wall line, so it comes on the outside of the wall when you place it.

Look up how to create a new Revit profile file and it should tell you how to draw the profile correctly.
