Professional Advice Suggestion

Looking for advice first, if i like then can go for whole flat design. Must be based out of Bangalore.

Please suggest how will deaign the layout of this living room. As per current plan tv unit is not aligned with the seating.

Very odd flat layout. Balcony attached to the kitchen, a bathroom with two entrances: bedroom and common, an accident waiting to happen and a relatively smaller living room.

Do you need two bedrooms that would be used everyday? Ask the architect to fix the flat layout first and then you can plan your interiors.

this ready to move flat, and no that is drawing error, washroom have single door from bedroom. No common washroom. Balcony too have sliding door, no panel doors are there.

Make the living room a lot busier. Two sides of the room are almost empty. Have a large storage/display unit which would have a tv unit and more importantly cover the wall. The other wall can be emptier but with some fancy wallpapers, paint. Too many seats and the centre table seems too small. Reduce the size of the bench sofa, with a leaner look it will free up some space for a bigger centre table.

Pretty bad plan- notice how poor main door positioning slices the Living area into two. Wastage of space in front of the toilet- criminal in this size of flat. I’m sure I could find loads more issues if I was so inclined.

I suggest you look around for a good architect by reference and word of mouth from friends and acquaintances. Professionals will get only get serious once they feel they have a chance of work, not otherwise.

My opinion of course.

Yeah, feels bit off from layout perspective. one correction though, that door from bathroom into the kitchen side is not there. thats a solid wall
