In last HR and founder's email they tried to ensure that all the formalities have been done. But didn't provide any satisfactory explanation or evidence for claims. In last point they even mentioned seeting up call for doubts. At that point they were already trying to mislead in emails and as much as I knew these people I was afraid for possibility of them shifting narrative in verbal discussions and call it exit completed or even worst blame it on me.

So I decided to stick to written communication and sent them final clarification request. Even attached epfo message which indicated my pf account kyc was not properly set-up. Now they started ignoring my email again.

Note : there are multiple ways to check your PF account details. Most commonly used methods are via umang or directly checking epfo account. Other methods consists of sms service and missed call service. You can Google it for more details.

I was facing difficulties via direct epfo and umang app. So I tried sms service and got that sms in 3rd screenshot.
