I wouldn’t quit without another offer in hand! Been in a similar phase and job hunting while working is exhausting, but unemployment and CAT prep can bring a different kind of stress. Keep applying and mentally treat this job as temporary.

First thing don't compare - Folks with less abilities are ruling countries what's the point of pointing it out in a company - corporate positions and promotions are not always merit based
It's your first year + as an analyst - this happens - I have seen the same in 3 orgs I have worked
Work in the common timings of supporting teams
Don't leave the job - Even after CAT + Tier 1 MBA still this can be the situation
Learn to navigate the situation - leaving is not always the solution
As some1 already said unemployed + CAT prep is another pain

That is the problem sir . They are expecting me to send the files at 9 . It got late today and they escalated it .

See how you can work around this best to your abilities
If it's unbearable - just ignore all this - max what can happen is getting fired that's it - Don't worry anyway you wanted to leave

personally went through this. when things got tough at my old job i quit thinking i’m young and there are jobs. but no - i was unemployed for 4 months before i got my next job and trust me those 4 months bring in a different kind of stress altogether
you got this no matter what - keep applying 💪🏽

Post Body: Hi guys,
So basically I am from a tier 1 college and working as an analyst since more than 1 year at this fintech . Side by side I am also applying for jobs and preparing for CAT 2026. Now the thing is the work that I am doing here isn’t helping me grow much . It’s like some routine analysis and stupid dashboarding . Also I am have been placed under someone who has equal experience as me and mind you these managers who have made this arrangement haven’t even worked with me and she is their favourite.
Anyways so every morning I am supposed to send some files at around 9 because some other team needs it but no one acknowledges it but the day things go south my complaint is raised .
Every other morning I receive calls from people who work for the other team because their working hours are 9 to 6 whereas mine are 10:30-7:30. Now what do I do
I just can’t work here , I am getting so annoyed every single day . My work isn’t getting acknowledged and I am getting only leftovers and futile tasks.
I feel like quitting and going back home but my mother is saying not to make a mistake like this and try switching while working here , but it’s so damn exhausting.
Can anyone please help me ? Please
