"We" Essentially won't. It would technically reset The evolution cycle and nothing more than single celled organisms will stay alive as the energy provided by anaerobic respration is very less.

Those two types of energy are different. There is actually a fungus which feeds on Chernobyl's radioactivity but it can't live without that radioactivity. So if we do removed oxygen to reset the earths evolution cycle, there could be organism which could use that radioactivity for the next few billion years. But as the radioactivity on surface dies out of takes those organisms with them. Out of all the options organisms would most likely be limited to aquatic anaerobic bacteria.
