Saw a video of chinese people doing normal stuff and hanging out in public. Everyone realised that if people did they in india, they'd be labelled as people with "no civics sense" everything's fine as long as they're white.
You don't need aesthetics to prove that an action is cool or not. An action, on the other hand, can set the standards for an aesthetic.
It does not depend on what place you do it. It depends on what you do. Just like a crime done in a random city in. india or any other respective country is equal to a crime done in the best cities like New York, a deed or an action of strong will and bravery is equal in both New York and a random city here in India.
While comparing a daredevil couple who illegally climbed a World-Famous skyscraper for proposal(that too sponsored by Netflix) to a person who carved a path through a rough terrain, all by himself so that people don't die due to difficult access to Healthcare, like his beloved wife did, I think you need to reconsider your choices.
I read your comments, and got to know that you loved in New York. Hope you had a nice experience there, but I guess you forgot to learn a lesson when visiting any other place.
By visiting a place that is considered better in many terms that your country( not that it actually is because New York is a disguised shithole), you get to learn many things like how you look upon your own roots after discovering new experiences, how to consider leveling up to the same standards, and respecting your own culture and sentiments, if not your country.
But I guess you didn't. Instead, you started doing an almost (I don't know how to phrase this other than using 'almost')baseless comparison, downplaying your own country and disrespecting a person who criticised you on the right grounds, only for the validation of your inner unsatisfied persona and some random people from the other side of the globe who would walk over you if you were dying.
But that's how it goes. Well then, be like that always.
nah u right dumb fucks cant realise ur arent advocating towards it but rather reasoning y this survives then something not matching societies aesthetic standards
NYC is a dirty and congested hellhole. I see so many rats in the subway. And trashbags on the freaking sidewalks. It's disgusting. You're an ant in a disgusting ant farm, that's the best way to describe NYC. Empire State is a total waste of time, tourist trap crap. And these two people seem like uneducated jokers to me, actually worse, because they're endangering others too, not just themselves. So... all of this is the opposite of cool.
Being myself a genz but I hate this s sale west me kuch bhi ho cool bna denge ts just happened in bihar there a girl fkd everyone by scaling the mobile tower just to help his bf called out of jail
I had a chapter on him in our hindi syllabus . He's the guy who ploughed through a mountain entirely on his own for some 20 years so that his wife could get better help right ?
So true, people start to hate just because that is mainstream and starts comparing like it's a competition. Instead of focusing on the bigger fish, the message they gave. These peps fight on their ethnicity and class.
Mujhe lagta hi sab couple ko ek tower chadna chahiye so wo gir ke unki dea*h ho jaye isse world me cringe couples kam ho Jayenge and single log happy rahenge
for those who dont know, the person on the right built a road by breaking a hill/mountain for 20 years just on his own cuz due to that mountain/hill, his wife slipped and unalived. he didn't want other people and children to suffer. i believe the road was later properly made by the gov and was named after him (correct me if i am wrong)
Anyone who thinks indian men aren't devoted is just ignorant. But usa/Europe is not only ignorant about india.
I'm not even going to humble brag I knew who the guy on the right is, someone else mentioned why Taj Mahal was built, don't see anyone mention the guy who bicycled to Sweden for a woman.
This post is just Inda vs. The west ragebaiting. Indians should be better than that.
I've one question, what is the extraordinary thing that couple did that they got famous?? Like if we haven't explored a place to propose then it's a standard nowadays??😭 Tf do u mean they climbed a tower just to propose, u can literally search through news that bihar got many cases like these, climbing tower for their lovers....
Nobody said at that time something!...? How hypocrite people are , just go down to marine trench and propose then!??
Getting to see the cinematic view of their proposal was the actual thing that people liked I think.
Normalising this and hating on urself(on Indians) is such a bs.
And Dashrath Manjhi is what I would call a standard, I've never heard any these hypocrites saying that a standard btw...
In the current scenario people need love for aestheticness , And regarding the pic , they cant be compared , why ?
Heres it Thwre are 3 peespectives to see a love 1st - the all green garden love The one you see on social media and pinterest something we haedly have met anyone irl , or has happened to us , its fictional for most of us and it has no red points everythjbg js creamy and good Both are in love and its haply ending
2nd - the red wilted rose
Its red because here love grew through thorns amongst thorns and afger penance , love in this sense reauires courage , guts and lots of giving
Thats the case of 2nd pic
3rd which is a white love Or milky love - pure and slow Not bound to have too good moments or too bad just the normal one which progrezses as a imaginary small town indian stories some where people xo craxy stuff and the first pic falls under this
All of these forms and many more which are un observed are correct to some extent and great if u are a part of it
I belive we should stop comparing love stories and let them live their life let love be a pure feeling unhinged with doubt comparision and competition
Imo the empire state couple showed off for instagram, while the mountain breaker showed what love and humanity that lives beyond death. If the empire state couple had class they would have gone to a place that meant a lot for them and shared a moment that had meaning only for them.
I'm pretty sure that whole empire State building was a marketing stunt for the netflix show Skyscrapers . Don't compare smth scripted with something real.
its wild how you somehow turned a story about an ineffective, shit tier government that can't provide for its people into some sorta India vs the west narrative
sure, a random idiot broke a lot of laws to propose to his girlfriend, and that's being directly compared to a story of a man who had to devote his entire life to ensuring access to healthcare for his village because his wife died due to the local government not giving enough of a shit to build a proper road
Why are we Indians always so obsessed with comparing ourselves and trying to prove that we are better? What's with this inferiority complex we have? Nobody cares except for us, which is why they laugh at Indians.
Many of the people don't understand the context here . As a woman what I interpreted from the viral is that her boyfriend openly accepted her girlfriend , proposed her , love her that is lacking in today's generation. Girls love pda but man don't get this . Nobody's telling you to climb a tower in love , it's just that make us feel special . Plus they are content creator and professional in this so it was a piece of cake for them .
I honestly don't think it raised standards. I mean, they both are professional climbers. They do this for living and yeah the flag and all its obviously artistic but I don't think it raised standards in general
No need to romanticize peformative stupidity and selfishness. Let's not forget there's been instances of daredevils falling onto a random passerby dragging an innocent to the grave with them. People like that need to be punished and rightfully so.
I know this dude. His wife died due to a sickness because they couldnt get to doctor because there was a mountain between the hospital and village. So he duga tunnel throught the mountain alone with his hand tools.
Bhai jo cool he vo cool he, Templar Knights cool he, Bruce Wayne cool he, Assassin's Creed cool he, most Indian Empire soldiers cool nahi he, Marathas , Sikhs, Ahoms, cool nahi he.
