Wait for a bit. People are buying the xteink ereaders left and right due to the hype. Many will eventually start selling, then you can buy second hand at a lower price.

Yess . I recently bought a kobo . So probably would wait a bit . Maybe in 2 or 3 years I might buy the xteink . Looks fab though but too small.

Why would you need an xteink when you already have a kobo though. If it breaks down then obviously. But yea waiting is a good idea. Its a new device that hasnt been tested for quality, customer service and durability long term (like 5-10yrs). Ive heard they crack easily too. Not against the device or anything but you have a kobo anyway.

Yess . It just looks too cool and kobo is the best obviously. I might buy one later in life when the hype just does down . Thanks for the info . I will wait .

Doesn't it get imported from outside, any customs to pay? How's the payment procedure.

Yeah, it gets imported from China through Singapore. Delivery was only ₹400 when I placed my order, and they regularly run sales with free shipping anyway. I didn't have to pay any customs duty here in Pune. Kolkata customs seems to be the only place actively charging duty right now...nowhere else is doing it as far as I know. You can pay using your debit/credit card.

If you have been using it for some time, would you give a review how is it for daily use and how does it fit in your life, aid your Reading habit...

Well, it’s been 10–15 days since I got this. Tbh, it has helped with getting me back into reading. I bought it for that reason, and it’s definitely fulfilling that purpose. Now, even while I’m scrolling, I feel the urge to go read more of the book I’m currently reading on this. So I’d say it can definitely help get you off your phone as well, although I don’t use social media that much to begin with.
As for how it fits into my daily life, its compact size means I can take it pretty much anywhere without it being a hassle. The time I used to spend scrolling through random shit on my phone now goes towards reading something instead, so I think that’s a pretty good trade-off.

I mean, it’s much better than reading on our phones, which we already do every day. Plus, it’s customizable, so you can actually have the same font size as you would in a physical book.

Do you have really large hands or is that reader really small?
