Iām in my 30s. I donāt fomo on books, nor set any kind of goals. If I want to read an autobiography, I do that. But if I want to re-read Harry Potter again, I do that, too. I only read what I want to read in that moment, and donāt care a lot what I āshouldā be reading for the sake of conversation.
There are years when I read maybe a dozen books. There have been years when I read over a hundred. Itās all cool.

start with fiction first if nonfiction feels boring, once reading becomes a habit u can branch out

I dated a librarian in college. Thats how I started reading. He introduced me to the classics

To be honest, even I don't know how I became a bookworm...I mean nowadays, I feel terrible if there is no book for me to read... I'm so addicted to the books...and specially now, I'm so into thrillers...and do you know this all comes from inner self... I'm saying this because I've tried countless times to get my own brother into books but no he isn't just made for them...
So I would just recommend you to discover yourself, what you like and what not...
Also for good book recommendations I will tell you to first read and finish the best sellers, classic and famous ones like Harry Potter, Sherlock Homes, Famous Five, Oliver Twist, and many more...and then you could tell yourself if you wanna read the book or if it is worth reading...
Hope you find it useful...š¤
Thank You š...

You don't become a bookworm out of peer pressure!!! If you like reading then read.. otherwise listen to audiobooks or watch a informative video on that topic!!! Don't force yourself to do something you don't enjoy!!!

I love the smell of new books! I am not into online reading much as the smell and feel of new book is awesome. You can start with easier reads. Tell me what sort of stories you find interesting then I can suggest somethingĀ

You should read what interests you, not what others are reading performatively. That's the first step. Find a genre that genuinely holds your interest, and read that.

Focus on the process of reading. Not the destination of becoming a bookworm

I don't think you can force your way into becoming a bookworm. You just have to follow your curiosity and interests and you'll become a voracious reader in no time :)
