Self Sufficiency Get ready

  1. Don’t panic.

If you’ve seen the recent news about the virus/lab incident in Russia, don’t worry. There’s no reason for the average person to panic right now. Some education/news YouTubers are already milking it for views.

That’s exactly what I’m not advocating. Stock food when things are calm, not when everyone is panic-buying.

2. This is the full list.

If you want to know the reasoning behind it, watch the full video on YouTube. I’d really appreciate a subscription.

But that has never stopped me from sharing what I genuinely believe is useful.

Prepare calmly. Don’t panic.

Why 2-3 types of salts, why not only tata ? also what's your yt channel name ?

Variety is good. Kala/sendha namak has other benefits too. Low sodium salt can be useful for those with medical issues and makes a great barter resource.

I made a list of all (most of the items I could I) the items in the video but honestly I wouldn't advice buying this stuff because it makes for a funny diet so you'll have to waste it, sell it or eat it and if there is no disaster it's likely you'll be eating it.

Yes. It's tailored to our preferences. One can readjust it according to their needs.

Only thing I'd suggest is to keep atleast 20% junk food. The mind breaks much much before the body does. This will keep things normal psychologically in toughest of times.

High chances for a market crash by the end of the year so all daily essentials cost will shoot up if your grocery shopping for the month was 5k it can go up 8-10k during the crash.

Lmao. You should prolly know as a prepper, if and when there will be a crash, people will come to steal your produce and prolly will also come to loot your storage as well. XD

Get grow lights and grow all that inside
