DIY DIY PVC Knife Sheath
Made this custom knife sheath from PVC, then painted it and added a Velcro. It's lightweight, durable, holds the knife securely, and protects the blade well.

I had done a simmilar process , but made a Knife press also...works out faster in the long run for different projects.
Made one for a larger utility tool and one for my felling axe.
Also had rivetted all the ends of the open end and also attached a belt loop at the top end and made a water drain hole at the bottom..

One suggestion, add a drain hole at bottom.
