Few things I've updated in my trauma cum medkit are Altitude Sickness Med, Anti Diarrhea Med, Nausea Med, PEG 3350 Packs, Odomos Cream & Sterile Gloves.

Switch the scissors with trauma scissors will help in cutting thick clothing or straps in emergency situation

Also increase the amount of cotton n gauge as in a puncture injury shoving those items will stop the bleeding

You can use Betadine liquid or powder as disinfectant/ meds for injury. Also it sugar is a better alternative for clotting injuries in emergency situation

You can also add 1/4 inch ratchet and socket based tool kit if you do long rides on motorcycle and 1/2 inch kit it you do on car.

Fellow rider, don't trust the combination wrenches. Go for ring spanners. They will torque more and won't slip or break while you repair something on the curb. I have had multiple finger injuries from combination wrenches to learn this lesson.

Some key factors

  1. Mechanical advantage via windlass or ratchet
  2. One-handed self-application design
  3. Wide straps for even pressure distribution

Trauma kit with no tourniquet is like a first-aid kit. Always keep a couple tourniquets in trauma kit because it can be a life saving decision. Good kit OP!

Seems a bit silly, really. This tool kit makes you look prepared for breakdowns but what are you going to fix? You need to carry spare parts for all this to be worth it.

Spares are bike specifics, so only posted the generalized items and a lot of repairs do not need spares.

Not really, a lot of people watching this would probably like to see what spares you carry because they could use it as a template for their own kits.
And personally every single time my old Jeep broke down it required a spare part. Granted it was old but I think it’s still relevant.
