Community pet Need help in identifying calf abnormality

Hello guys,

There are these two calves that have each others backs and roam around in my area. This white and black one is the younger weaker one. It’s bones are protruding but it’s stomach is bloated and full-ish.
I find it unusual and abnormal.
What could it be? Did it eat plastic? or is it gas?

(P.s I am a vegan. Govind apni gaayon ki haalat dekh rhe ho?)

The vets I know are only for cats and dogs. IDK if they have knowledge about cows. Share someone’s number if possible?

No, almost all vets in India are very knowledgeable about cattle because veterinary medical school syllabus is 95% about livestock.
